The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is a non-governmental body that independently regulates the financial services industry in the UK. The FCA also plays a significant role in the regulation and authorisation of financial services firms from within the European Economic Area (EEA). In compliance with Law 144(I)/2007, the Company is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF) covering Clients of Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs). The objective of the ICF is to secure claims by covered Clients against Cyprus Investment Firms through payment of compensation in cases where the member of the Fund is unable to do so from its own resources.
